Since 1985 CSI has provided Managing Broker Dealer services to real estate sponsors seeking to raise capital through private placement offerings in the retail space. We work with a sponsor’s internal team on document preparation, due diligence, deal structure, securities regulation and compliance matters, marketing support, as well as ongoing due diligence, investor relations and reporting assistance as needed after the offering has closed. It is our objective to develop long term relationships with our sponsors so that the interest of our investors, our sponsors, our partnering securities firms and CSI’s principals are aligned.
Registered Representative Program
We partner with independent securities professionals with a focus on real estate and energy alternative investments. Our niche is working with unaffiliated registered investment advisors who want the flexibility to offer a commission-based transaction to their clients when this is requested by or deemed to be in the best interest of the investor. We have a narrow focus which allows our registered representatives a simplified compliance and registration platform catered to our niche rather than a broad general securities approach taken by larger independent broker-dealer models.
